JEFFREY ROBERTS LMT: YOUR PATH TO WELLNESS

Jeffrey Roberts studied at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana and Columbia Basin College in Pasco, Washington. He completed his certification as a licensed massage therapist at the HFE & Massotherapy School in Houston, Texas. Jeffrey has continued his affiliation with HFE & Massotherapy School as an instructor. Jeffrey believes in a holistic approach to healing. His educational background reflects this approach with additional certifications in Personal Training and Mediation.

Jeffrey’s focus is in both Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) and Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT). He has a certification in AIS from Aaron Mattes. Jeffrey is also certified in MAT from Erik Dalton PHD, a pioneer in using stretching to gain freedom from pain. While Jeffrey primarily uses Active Isolated Stretching and Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, he also incorporates Tui Na, Gua Sha, Cupping Therapy, Acupuncture, and Reiki.
